Micro-opening

A small opening between the frame and the opening element to assure a constant air flow, venting through small channels. Micro-opening protects your home against humidity and condensation on window glass and walls.

DB window opening limiter and FBP window brake

In windy weather and during window cleaning it can be convenient to lock a window or balcony door in an open position. The FBP brake allows you to immobilize an open window in a chosen position by the simple use of a handle, avoiding the crude method of having to prop it open using the first object that comes to hand. By using the DB limiter you eliminate the danger of the window being slammed into the frame or the wall in the case of a draught or strong wind.

Balcony latch

This prevents an open balcony door slamming against the frame in the case of a draught or strong wind. While going out onto the balcony, it is enough to close the door by pulling a special handle, which will operate a latch to keep the door closed. The door will open again when pushed slightly from the outside.
