Super 40
Borga Super 40 is a trapezium type of metal sheet that is longer lasting and can be used in more situations than any other profile. Super 40 metal sheet is usually used as a roof covering for high loading capacities. It is also very suitable when used for covering an elevation, lending it an unusual and nice appearance.
Super 40 metal sheet is used as a roof covering for wide spans between supporting purlins. It is strong enough to withstand the weight of one person, in 2-meter spans! When the sheet is used for narrower spans it can carry considerably greater loads than profiles with similar height and thickness dimensions.
Super 40 rnetal sheet is widely used for covering roofs and the elevations of industrial buildings and is also superb as a covering for agricultural buildings. Super 40 metal sheet is easy to assemble and can be delivered in any length for minimizing material wastage during assembly.
After this process, the metal sheet is covered with a passivation layer, primer and then a colored layer of Polyester or Plastisol paint is applied. The choice of coats depends on external environmental conditions. We offer a wide variety of standard colors.

The table refers to Borga Super 40 metal sheets with 4 supports. The minimum width of the support is 50 mm (width of a prulin). The bending resistance values (when walked on) while the grid supports the bottom side of the profile are given in the table.

Paint System
Borga Super 40 is delivered with the well and long used polyester paintsystems. Borga Super 40 profile is covered with the passivation layer, primer and then a colored layer of Polyester P30 or P30 matt with 10 years of warranty or Poliuretan modified by poliamid P50 which has 15 years of warranty. No matter which solution you choose, we guarantee a minimum durability of 10 years on the painted surface.
